Build a clone of zomato

I am looking for someone to build a clone of zamato on [login to view URL] framework. Our site will cover all businesses like yellowpages and yelp, will not be limited to restaurants only. There are 3 sections to the site, business, public and admin design. Business will submit their business for reviews, deals and users will review the business. Users will earn points for reviews, blogs and sharing and can claim their points towards prizes. About 50% of the modules already exist in jamroom marketplace and need the modules to be designed. The website, has to be super user friendly and simple, the website has to be super fast in load time and has to be 100% in google speed test both for mobile and desktop. When someone comes to the main page they are taken to their city based on their ip. And all the people, deals, events and businesses from that city will be showing. Businesses will have Geo Fencing or radius service area and users in that radius can see the businesses in the search. For the business page, it will show google map, where they are located. The urls has to be super user friendly and the pages will SEO. Reviews- Users review business based on their product or service. A weighting system to user reviews (i.e. the most frequent reviewers carry more influence) would be hugely beneficial, especially if others can give karma by upvoting reviews (like Quora). Wishlist: User can create/edit/delete wishlist and add deals, jobs and items to their wishlist, so their friends can see and know what they want. Users can add items that is not listed on the site to their wishlist by simply taking picture of item and adding the info for their list. The wishlist will be shared on facebook. Claim Ownership: Businesses can claim a business, where site admin get a message that xyz is claiming this business and admin can approve it or disapprove it. Add to Favourites: Users can like businesses, deals and jobs and on both business page and users page it shows who liked the business and on user page it shows which businesses they liked. Send An Inquiry: Users can ask questions, and try to get more info from business, it is in private and other users don’t get to see the conversation Deals: It is like groupon, where business can post deals and users can purchase deals. Jobs: Businesses can post jobs and users get to apply or give feedback about the job. Events: Both users can Businesses can create events and invite their followers to the event and the followers has to option to except, decide(maybe) or not attend. Points: Users earn points for their activities and reviews and earn badges and prizes. They can trade their points for prizes or deals that they like. Once they do this, their points become 0 and they have to start again.
