Build a website with a PUG system for the Game Counter Strike Global offensive

The project is to develop a PUG Platform (Pick up game) for Counter strike Global offensive. Users are able to que up for a game on the platform and will be randomly assigned into a 10 man game. The platform will then lead the users into the game server which will be setup accordingly. The platform should be build up with a - Create account/login system - Users can sync their steam acount to their User account - Users can select region of server i.e. EU - US or SEA - Users can add other users via and "add friend" option - Users can form teams (Groups) and invite "friends" - PUG system - Users can "que up" for a pickup game (5 vs. 5) will be randomly assigned with other users into a 10 man lobby. 5 on each side. These users are then directed onto the game server. The platform will gain game information such as score or player stats via the "eBot" an already existing server tool. In the end of the game the platform will recieve needful information and declare the winner of the game according to server statistics. - Cup system - A cup system i.e. Tournament system is to be developed - Teams can signup for this tournament, which should automatically draw groups and send the users into a match room once the time of launch is reached, Update according to the game results itself.
