Bulk mailing software required

Deseamos contratar el desarrollo de un software o comprar el código fuente de alguno que cumpla con la mayoría de las necesidades y que este listo para agregarle cosas y personalizarlo. La idea es tener un sistema de POS/ERP básico, que maneje los diferentes procesos de pequeñas empresa o tiendas retail. El sistema debe tener los siguiente modulos. -Usuarios/Roles - Para crear usuario y roles que permitan tener cierto control sobre los modulos a los que puede accesar los usuarios. -Empresa : Debe tener un modulo para crear una o varias empresa y poder de esta forma llenar los datos de la empresa. -Parametros : Mantenimiento de parametros que pueden ser usados en diferentes partes del sistema. -Cuentas: Modulo de cuentas con todo el mantenimiento. -Contactos: Modulo de contactos con el debido mantenimiento -Productos: Modulo de Productos con su debido mantenimiento, los productos debe poder manejar varios codigos para el mismo producto. -Lista de Precios: esto para poder manejar diferentes precios para un mismo producto -Almacenes: debe permitir crear varios almacenes o bodegas -Cotizaciones: Debe poder manejar un modulo de cotizaciones para realizar cotizaciones a los clientes. - Facturacion: Debe poder crearse facturas, tanto a crédito como de contado y si es credito poder llevar el control de las deudas de los cliente, así como poder hacer abonos. - Notas de credito: Debe poder anularse factura y crear notas de credito que pueden ser usar para cancelar futuras compras. Reportes: - Debe tener el reporte de Cotizacion - Debe tener el reporte de factura en pagína tamaño carta - Debe poder imprimir facturas en formato de tickets para impresoras punto de venta. - Reporte de ventas en un rango de fechas, esta para poder imprimir si uno quiere el reporte de un día, de un mes o de una semana. - Estado de cuenta de cliente, para saber si estan al día con los pagos. - Listado de Inventario, poder imprimir una lista de los productos en inventario. El sistema debe estar hecho en Visual C# 2010 o superior, y debe usar como base de datos SQL Server. Las pantallas simples, con botones con texto solamente, para posteriormente poder agregar colores imagenes o cualquier otra cosa que se desee. Debe llevar documentacion interna en español. Se adjunta diagrama de clases para tengan una mejor idea de los modulos que deben tener. Lo descrito arriba es lo básico, si hay un freelancer ya con un código creado que desee vender y tenga mas funciones, no hay problema, se puede llegar a una negociación para reconocer mas cosas.
