Hello Ok. I did not understand what you mean when told "FORM OF ORGANIZED". But I think you need simple converter application to convert excel to txt with special format (with delimeters). What our plan: 1) You give me instructions about txt output format. 2) I make application form. Something like Open xls file, save text file. Or simple button to open and convert in one press. Drag and drop possible too. 3) You give me test excel file and I run converter and send you result txt file after conversion or jpg of work process. 4) You check that all is ok and pay money 5) I send you Delphi program with distributive.

Hi good afternoon , I could realize his project. I might include a GUI for you to find the desired file and then convert it . Generating a structure for converting excel remain ordered . I have much experience in programming , I designed an infinite number of codes and programs for different purposes so I 'm a pretty skilled person to carry out his project .

A simple Java program that reads in the specified Excel fileand output it into a txt file with the same filename. Each line in the Excel file will correspond to one line in the txt file. I will be using Apache POI libraries for the conversion. I have many experiences using the Apache POI to either convert data to Excel or vice versa.
