Hello, I am in need of a CSS expert to help me fix some things with my OpenCart website's design. 1) The header (menu links) is fixed but once you scroll down about an inch or so. I need it to be fixed from the very beginning so as you scroll it remains fixed rather than looking jumpy like it does now. 2) Background cover image. We have turned the breadcrumb portion of our site to look more of a header background image; however, it seems to be attached to the menu and it is not responsive. I need that portion to have a max height (E.g., 500px) and for the width to be 100% so that no matter what size the image I choose for a particular page always fits perfectly into the container even if it is expanded/enlarged automatically to fit. All while staying responsive. 3) I need minor updates to the footer so that it is 3 columns and that the left column text is on the left; the middle column (our social links) is centered and the right column links is aligned to the right. This should be easy for a CSS expert and I hope someone responds asap. Thanks!

Hi, Unfortunately, I do not know you your name that's why I cannot address you directly. Anyhow, I am not one of those automatic bidders, who just copy paste their default "solution". "We have gone through all of your requirements carefully" sounds familiar to you? With that being said, what are my competencies? I am a full-stack web developer. I know CSS like I know the back of my hand, plenty of people will tell you that and plenty will not in fact know CSS like the back of their hand (for instance they wouldn't know how to create a faux checkbox in just CSS, ~ selector or + selector) I know I can take care of your CSS and problem and best of all I am fluent in English!
