CS-Cart Add On for shipping processing from admin

Hi.
We need an Add On for CS-Cart based website. This add on should take care of shipping processing. With a press of a button it will take the addresses and items weight and will generate a shipping label for printing depending on the carrier.
The carriers to be supported will be USPS, UPS and FEDEX.
Also, after generating label the tracking number will be saved and sent with email to the buyer.
