Hello, recruiter tells me that you are open to suggestions based on my question that if you wanted an excell file with macros or a webapp. I can't code the excell (don't like microsoft :) ) But i can create the webapp instead. Can use php with MySQL and let you login with username - password to insert any field you tell me and then generate any report you want. I can even place some kind of download function to generate a xls or csv file with the data needd. Please let me know if interested. Thanks!

I think it greatly depends upon the requirements. You have to provide some more information.. The current details are very general in nature. Contract Management + Cash Flow involves lots of parameters.. For instance, contracts usually start from inside with some requirements, then bids are invited, and a contract is started with different milestones etc.. It depends how the software will work.. Particularly, at what point it has to sit and manager.. Let me know if you can provide more information. Tx
