Hi, i have an idea how to do this. I can build a wp plugin, that you will need to install on all 70 blogs. This plugin will server more as an api that will connect the wordpress with another custom admin that i can create for you. And you will can upload the images on to custom admin, categorize them, and select blogs/posts where to upload them.
