Check server configuration - LAMP , sub-domain creation not works , need sub-domain works with main domain ssl. - 2

I have a magento site. where on registration customer get a sub-domain for his store. This is a multi-vendor system. Everything was working fine before. but for some mis-configuration now sub-domain not works. Site url - [login to view URL] we used cpanel api to create sub-domain. Here I am giving you 2 example to error. error case 1: a new seller sub-domain is - [login to view URL] , path for sub-domain root folder of any seller is /public_html/subdomains/sam [SELLERNAME] when we are open [login to view URL] , it open main domain [login to view URL] file , which is wrong , here it should open /public_html/subdomains/sam/[login to view URL] error case 2: when we create a sub-domain from cpanel , that also not works, I have created a new sub-domain direct from cpanel - [login to view URL] , root is /public_html/subdomains/testing777 . it not works. So I need a LAMP server expert who understand php and server settings. Please bid if you have done this kind of work before. Write 'marclick' when placing bid. Budget is not very high. very urgent.
