Sorry I am reposting. freelancer did not upload my information properly so I want to make sure you have all of the information so I can get an exact bid. I have a two page website designed in photoshop I would like to make responsive. Everything you see in these jpegs are nicely put in its own layer in photoshop. And every layer is organized in folders. For example everything you find in the footer is in a "footer" folder. So navigating my PSD will save you time and should be easy. I would like this made in a custom wordpress template so I can edit it myself in the future. If there is a more cost effective way to create this website then I am open to suggestions. ***VERY IMPORTANT-read my instruction document. At the top of your bid please right "I HAVE READ EVERYTHING" so I know you took the time to read and look at everything carefully. Thank you. If not I will go right past your bid.

Dear What I suggest that converting and slicing this template and using the desing in wordpress will become hassle for you and for your budget too, why dont you make it more simple by simply converting the design to html format, and another thing is this that i can make another good design/psd/png template for you which can be another option for you to select the best between the two.
