Convert an existing Drupal Theme into a fully Responsive Theme

I have a fully functioning Drupal site with a rather simple custom build theme. The theme is however not optimized for display on mobile devices, nor tablets. I am looking for a Drupal Designer/Developer that can adapt the existing theme so that it will render nicely on mobile devices and will be fully functional. The drupal site contains mainly static company pages with the same layout. The UberCart module is also implemented, which means there are a couple of pages which will require special attention (catalog view, product view, ..). As I do know Drupal myself, I can estimate that this is a pretty simple project, and should definitely not be more than approx. 2 days of work for someone who is experienced in the matter. At the moment I don't have the time however, which is why I'm looking to outsource this project. If needed, screenshots of the website can be sent separately to interested freelanders. This project can be seen as a Proof of Concept, as more work is likely to follow if the task is done well (on time / in budget).
