I want to have you create an app that will allow me to create a coupon code that will take a flat dollar amount off of the SHIPPING cost NOT the item cost. For example: If an item is $10 with $6 shipping, I want to create a coupon code that will take $3 off of SHIPPING NOT the price of the product. So the cart would adjust to show $10 for item and $3 shipping in this scenario. In your reply please state time to completion and please include instructions on how to install the app and configure it in my store. Thank you so much for your interest!
