Create Drupal Custom Module to Build Tournament Brackets -- 2

I have created multiple Drupal 7 web sites that run a small youth sports league business. We run a single elimination post season tournament each year and there are no Drupal modules that will create good tournament brackets so we are forced to build brackets by hand in Excel which is very time consuming. While I am technical in nature, I do not have the skill set or the time to write a custom module to solve this issue. My vision is that the solution should be a new Views Format that will display a page on a View that is a physical tournament bracket. The bracket will be displayed based on the data pulled back in the View and the bracket is simply a way to display the data. Information included on the bracket that will be provided on the view would be: Tournament Logo, Tournament Name, Bracket Name, Location, Round (i.e. Round 1, Semi Finals, etc ...), Game Date/Time, Game Location, Game Score, Team, Team Seed, Team Logo. The views fields could be tied to the bracket using Settings on the Views Format. In addition, I would like some of these fields to be optionally displayed on the bracket. Initially, the solution would need to support single elimination brackets with or without a consolation game for 4-20 teams. This solution needs to work on all types of hardware from computers to smartphones. In addition, would like the ability to view the bracket in PDF format. I have a much more detailed requirements document that I can share that includes an idea of how I would like the brackets to be styled. I will share this with those with serious inquiries and offers. I would like this custom module to be built, tested, and operational by mid-September if possible. Budget is flexible, but we are a 2 person company with limited resources. Thanks!
