Create HTML Table from Database & Import Files

Need to create an HTML table that where data can be inputted so that we can visually see in table form the process of each entry. 1. The HTML data/table needs to be sortable and searchable. 2. We need to be able to have a nice table created with admin access where we can manually input data or import data from Microsoft Excel sheet. 3. This table would have 18 columns of data, but then there is a secondary amount of data that should show how well each person/partner did with the data. >>>>> 1st data: 18 entries that show statistical data for a published articles on our wordpress site >>>>> 2nd data: Input if a particular person/partner shared this data, and how well they did with the data. I have attached a spreadsheet with all of the data we need. But it is important that the data is easily sortable and searchable. Here is a link to the entries that need to be on the table.
