We have html forms and we have templates in jpeg file.
We need templates in pdf form which need to developed in php and these forms need to extract data from html forms.
When user enters data in html form and submit button, option will come to download pdf file.
You need to create pdf files.
My budget is 700 INR per template and as I need it urgent, I can hire multiple persons.
