Create a PHP script that will detect if an item is in-stock on [login to view URL]

This project is simple. I need a PHP script that will scan a given URL from [url removed, login to view] and return TRUE if the item is in stock, or FALSE if the item is out of stock.
Here are two sample URL's to get you started:
In stock:
[url removed, login to view]
Out of stock:
[url removed, login to view]
I need this ASAP.
