Estate Agent Project – THEME PROJECT Current status: The website has been created already and deployed to a temporary location: [login to view URL] This is a wordpress site. It will be hosted on GoDaddy under a cPanel environment when deployed. A contact form and maintenance form has been created. Several pages and menu’s have been created. The current theme is Agent Press Pro. We are using a wordpress plugin called WPL Real Estate () to help manage the property listings. If you do not know about this plugin please read about it or ask. You will be required to using the plugin t[login to view URL] help deliver the requirements and so this will probably require use of shortcodes. If you need any help on this read the documentation or ask me for help. I am a developer, however I do not have any experience with theme related work. Here is what we need from this project: Requirements - The theme we want is [login to view URL], please try picking this up for free from somewhere - We want the theme to be dynamic with the contact (this should be easy to understand) - We want the theme to work on all browsers (mobile and desktop) with no issues - We will communicate day by day as we go along and we will review the work with my client. Please communicate clearly and effectively as it makes life easier - We want the search bar on the houzez theme to have a multi form option (so we can target “Rentals” or “To Buy” properties (look at the form on this page [login to view URL]) - The website name will be “Eastside Estates” - We require a logo for the website and business cards. A very simple logo will do (Estate Agent Related). We intend to use the logo on the websites headers/footers etc somehow. We need a logo that comes in a high quality format for print and web so maybe a high quality jpeg or photoshop file would be ideal. - You can either work under the FTP directory I supply you for [login to view URL] or you can work on your own staging server. I can supply you the wordpress site in a zip format including the SQL database. P.S. Remember to communicate, if you do a good job we definitely will be working on many projects together.
