Create a WordPress Template

- This is a website for intern use. It is to optimize the communication between departments. The different departments can post news in their own category and read all posts from the other departments. - this project doesnt have PSD. only JPG files. this JPG files need to be convert to wordpress template. need 3 pages only. - There will be a homepage (this displays all posts from all categories in order of publication date (newest on top)). - There will be a category page, only the posts from that category are displayed. - homepage and category page is similar design On the homepage and category pages the news items/posts will be displayed in a masonry way. We can use this plugin: [login to view URL] - 1 is post individual page (when user click post from homepage/category page) - There needs to be a menu on the top of the page (C Update) and all departments (Organisation, HRM, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Service, Product Management, Marketing) The post will exist of: - 1 image - title - text (from which the first rules are displayed on the category page) When one clicks on a post it will open on a separate page. - the post need similiar like JPG - There are need user management feature (so when users are logged in and want to add a post in their category/department). we can use the pugin: AAM plugin. You just need to install it, make sure the website is compatible with this plugin. Please mention with word "i can do it" on your proposal.
