I need to create a wordpress site that has a possibility to have the post videos with specific text for two authors (Piemonte) and (Lombardia)
The post must be divided into two categories: (Piemonte) (Lombardia)
In the section "new" just only unice author (motoritv) must be able to publish the post
There must be two newsletters: one for Lombardia and another one for Piemonte
The layout must be the same as in the attachment
