Create Wordpress Plugin

THIS IS PART 1 of this project. I need a Wordpress Plugin created that does NOT use any other plugins. Admin side will ask dates, text, pictures, hyperlinks, check boxes to toggle text and tables. This is the make a posting of animal breeding uniform on the page. Will need to Add / Edit / Delete each listing and group together like Slideshow. Then use shortcode to display on any of the wordpress pages. Example: [kr_display listing=\"1\"]. I do have a sample of the output should look like. Example (admin side): Birth Date: Date Go Home Date: Date Text - Animal Name Picture Hyperlink Same Text linking to animals main page. Reservation Table If check box checked display text - Reserved - J.M. (- J.M. would also be an optional text input) else display Open + Add Another Listing
