Not a Wordpress Template that is needed but along the same lines.
I have a few themes that use Visual composer the wordpress plugin. Each has its own custom eleemnts for it, one of them uses a few post catagory element's that I would like to be able to use universaly in other themes with VC.
I can show you the code for the elements, as I own the themes. I just dont know how to make it into a custom/third party addon for VC.

The elements are marked Automotive, Technology, etc.
I know you will need to know alot more information than this, I am just seeing what people would be looking for to do such a job.
