I have a wodpress website with s contact form. I need a create search on zip field. I am using Create Form to DB plugin which stored data in a database table. This link gives how to create such a form but not step by step details. So I don't know how to implement. [login to view URL] I have a zip search field in a sidebar widget. When a visitor enter a zip field and clicks on submit button, I need to display a list of contact details in that zip code ona page. You can give me step by step details or a complete solution. But I do need to use Contact form to DB plugin. Thanks. Feel free to let me know any questions you have.
