Create a custom post type for Wordpress

I am looking for someone who can create a custom post type for my wordpress site. The site is using Jupiter theme. Users will complete the form on the following page [login to view URL] This form is created using FormCraft. I would like to use the Form-to-Post add-on ([login to view URL]) in order to post the results to a custom post type. This is where you come in - I need someone to create the custom post type. The custom post type will need to display the information from the form (please see the attached image to understand how the fields from the form will relate to the custom post type). You can also see the layout for the custom post type. Other Important notes: -As you can see on the form, the number of points of interest "Crumbs" will vary depending on how many a user enters. The minimum is three with a maximum of 10. How will this be handled on the custom post type editor? If a user enters only three points on the form, but wants to enter additional points via the custom post type editor, this should be possible. -The map at the top of the custom post type will use the locations from the 'google location autocomplete' fields on the form. The points of interest should be linked in the order they are input (like when you go to google maps and use the 'get directions' feature). -Must be fully responsive.
