Hi! I would really like to work on your project. I have extensive experience with Python scrapping / web testing libraries that can suit your needs (requests, scrappy, selenium, phantomjs…). Depending on what exactly is needed, I also have the necessary know-how to set up throttling, or to use threading to speed-up the process. I also already did a tool that sends huge amounts of traffic by using several hundreds of different IP addresses at the same time through multiple simultaneous VPN connections, but I guess this will not be needed here! I don't know exactly how does the submission form looks like, but I think that the fastest thing would be, if possible, to simply figure out how to send HTTP-level data to emulate the form submissions. We would only need to use some HTTP libraries, instead of high-level, and more heavy and slow tools like selenium. I'm just saying that because maybe this would reduce the 15 seconds delay you are talking about, but I have to take a look at it to be sure! Could you please send me a link to the form in the iframe?
