I need a simple form to be built that will display a preview at the bottom or within a div without refreshing the page. Form will have 3 packages: Package 1 - Adults ages 13 on up - $50 - Children ages 5-12 - $15 - Children ages 4 and under - $5 Package 2 - Adults ages 13 on up - $100 - Children ages 5-12 - $55 - Children ages 4 and under - $15 Package 3 - Adults ages 13 on up - $200 - Children ages 5-12 - $150 - Children ages 4 and under - $50 Form will need to be able to input the individuals name and ages. Previewing the form should be display beneath the form. Needs to display the following: - Package type - Number of Adults - Number of Children 5-12 - Number of Children 4 and under - Total cost for Adults - Total cost for Children 5-12 - Total cost for Children 4 and under - Overall Total Cost
