Creating a custom Tracking/Analytics/Reporting/Dashboard to use with one-to-one marketing products

A web/cloud PHP based tracking and analytics platform to track any of our company's "one to one" direct marketing campaigns, utilizing a unique 9 digit code assigned to each consumer we market to on behalf of our clients. Needs to have in depth reporting for individual campaigns. Must have an account/campaign/consumer pages that report historical real time engagement from N. America only consumer registration off any offer (from mobile and desktop targeted display ads, to targeted social media ads, to targeted direct mail, to targeted emails, to targeted SMS, to targeted Ringless Voicemails, all tracked and ping'd back to the system by 9 digit pin or by mobile number used to market to or by name and address. Most campaigns will engage via inbound call to an IVR or Call Center (must also have the capability to pull vendors info via APIs), or microsite landing page with the capability to be associated and tracked by the 9 digit pin. We must also have uniquely themed microsites for each campaign theme where once the consumer enters their 9 digit code in any of our interaction points and places we would need a few different types of preset multiple choice, purchase intent question for both the microsite and IVR, that would also push thru API to this dashboard app (these don't need to be purchased URLs but rather extensions of our main URL). Also required is the ability to use our 9 digit pin for tracking via barcodes printed on the personal letters or mail pieces used for every campaign, and tracking of appointments set by our call center add on feature also with unique dispositions within the dashboard for "no-shows" "rescheduled" "appointment set" etc...there's a lot more detail but I'd have to show the winning developer rather than type it out. MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO DO SCREEN SHARING FOR REAL TIME VIEWING OF VERY SIMILAR PROGRAM.
