Custom Sport Shirt Uniform Builder Partially Completed for Magento Website - PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING

I need for you to complete a partially developed solution that allows users to customize tops (shirts/jerseys) and bottoms (shorts and pants) for sports like Baseball, Basketball, Softball, Volleyball and Soccer. The current solution that is partially developed is built using Yii php framework and will need to be integrated into a Magento website. Much of the development is complete. What needs to be done is the final step that allows users to add logos, names and logos to the apparel. This, and then "connecting" it to the Magento site. It will have to be integrated into our Magento website where the products and customization will be able to be added to the shopping cart, along with a pdf of the product design to be used for reference for the manufacture. All of the shirt designs are completed, as well as the editable line svg images. I also have all of the options and pricing for each product for each sport. There are a total of 18 products per sport and we have four sports. Prefer to work with someone that has already developed something similar. Please only bid if you are an expert with Yii framework, as well as Magento.
