Custom Web-Application/Closed Website for Real Estate Company

We are a company in the sector of real estate and need a web solution in order to keep all of our real-estate projects on the web, but login-protected so that only user which are authorized to will be able to access the information on the site. We prefer a Solution which is be based on Drupal or WP with the integration of some easy to use Content Editor (e.g. Visual Composer). No standard templates can be used, but should preferably be programmed from scratch in order to achieve a unique design and meet all the project requirements. Different user Roles should be available as well. Out of every post should be possible to do generate a PDF which basically is the sumary of the Post and has got our Logo and company addres inside (on every page). Sort of a mini-exposé. The candidate we are looking for should be not only experienced in terms of programming skills but also have strong visual and design skills. Before you begin with designing and coding the Website we would require from you to see a few design proposals. The site must be responsive and coded smartly, keeping in mind that even big images should fit perfectly on mobile devices as well as on small and big screens. Furthermore, by adding a plugin such as WPML the Website should have the capability to be multilanguage but at the same time still easy to maintain when editing content.
