Custom group chat web app

Make a simple group chat web app similar to Whatsapp but not as complex or big as Whatsapp. It will show immediately without the need to refresh. No phone number is involved. Signup must be through Facebook and the app will fetch each user profile details from Facebook during signup. The App Admin will have full access to all members' data including their Facebook profiles. It will be a fully responsive web app with good display on all mobile devices without issue. It can be used for one on one chat like Whatsapp or Group Chat as explained. Any member can create a group on any topic. When a group is created, it will have Group ID. Other members can send request to that Group ID to join the group and start chatting with the group. Group Admin can accept request from members that want to join the group or reject such request. Conversations in a Groups Chats is transparent to all group members and any member in that group can contribute or respond to anybody's conversation. Each conversation will have Status Bar and the age, present location, gender and marital status of the member that sent the conversation will show below each conversation in the Status Bar either in a Group Chat or Private Chat. In the Status Bar, there will also be a link to invite any member of the group to a Private Chat. For example, when a member of a Group Chat wishes to take a member of that same Group Chat to a Private Chat with him, he can click a button in the member conversation Status Bar to invite him into a Private Chat. In that case, the Admin of that group will automatically be a member of that new Private Chat. In this case, a private chat can have minimum of 3 members. No maximum. Group admin can issue infraction (warning) to any member of the group and the infraction will show in each conversation Status Bar of the member that receive such infraction so that other members will know how many times such member has violated rules and has been warned by the Group Admin. Group Admin or Private Chat admin can block or unblock any member of the group. Members can click a link in each chat/conversation Status Bar and the link will go to the full profile of such member. The profile will also show Facebook and Whatsapp profile images. No link to the actual Facebook profile or Whatsapp phone number so that the contact details of members will remain hidden to all members. Each member will have Member ID. Member can invite another member to Private Chat by giving the Private Chat ID. Member has to join a Group Chat before he can invite any member of that group into a private chat. Members can report other members to the App admin. App admin can send mass message to all users. App admin can monetize the app in any way good.
