Custom software, interactive infographic projects and website design

I run an independent marketing and design agency based in the Midlands, UK. We are currently looking for either a freelance or full-time coder / developer for a range of projects, both internal and client. We would be looking for someone who could develop a piece of data visualisation software, as well as working on a variety of client projects, most notably interactive infographics, games and quizzes (usually based in either HTML5/CSS3 or HTML/CSS/Javascript). On top of this, we would like someone who could also turn a PSD file into a workable and easily manageable WordPress site, as well as developing a couple of other larger websites (with designs / briefs supplied). We would be happy working with a freelancer, although there is also scope for a permanent position within the agency, based either at home or on-site in Herefordshire. We can offer flexible working arrangements, flexible hours and 3-day weekends with a full-time salary, or can work with a freelancer on an ad-hoc / per project basis. Eager to get applications from talented developers / coders who want an ongoing relationship with a wide range of exciting projects (many of which are for major national and international brands). I have set the budget a very wide, as we're really looking for someone we can discuss an ongoing thing with, rather than a one-off job. We can look at an annual salary, a per-project payment or any other arrangement that's suitable. Our ideal candidate would be someone local to the area and working on-site 3 days per week (with one day per week at home), so particularly keen to hear from local developers. However we'd also be happy to hear from anyone UK-based who feels they would be a good fit.
