Customise wordpress directory theme into rental website with plugin integration

This is an update to the previous project i posted previously, with revised and additional detail as I've made some amendments to my requirements: I intend to use the Directory theme (demo: [login to view URL]), I envisage this theme serving the purpose of the site well, however there are some limitations that i would hope the freelancer who is awarded this project could solve. 1) I would like the Wordpress Booking Pro plugin integrated into the theme. (see below for one example) and also in the listing edit page in the wp backend. (to achieve this i believe knowledge of javascript is essential) Plugin Demo: [login to view URL] 2) In the theme there is a section called "opening hours" located in the backend designer and subseqently in the user profile, add listing, live listings pages. I have no need for this but would like the space replaced with the booking system pro plugin. 3) I would love to have a way to show how much listers have earned in their profile (data from the plugin to theme?) under the payments section of their account. There may be more changes/additions that I can't remember...it's getting late! Ultimately, i want to make the Directory theme into a rental website where users can sign up, list their items for hire for free, have customers visit and rent and pay for the items on the site. We take our service fee and the rest is up to the client/customer. Similar in nature to [login to view URL] and zilok.com. I've attached a little illustration to try and highlight my points, if it helps. Please could you consider and take a look at the demo's and ideas i have sent, and confirm whether you will be able to deliver this to the specifications thus far.
