Looking for a solution to help bring information from different sources into one accessible platform so we can produce reports and extract data etc.
We currently have a website that makes sales/bookings and all that information is stored in a database. We also have sales/bookings coming in from agents that come through via email in various formats.
We need a way to bring all data sources together in an automated way so it is then all stored in one database.
We then need to be able to run reports and extract information on a daily basis (will be discussed with chosen developer) which can be in the form of a button that just runs a macro or function.
We currently use excel to do all our reporting by manually copy and pasting information from the various sources and then using a little program made using Access which connects to the Excel spreadsheet to pull information to create printouts that we need on a daily basis.
If all of this can be put in to one system either online via website dashboard or using microsoft access or excel then this would resolve our administrative nightmare.
We are open to any ideas of ways to complete this, whether it be web based or desktop based.
