Database work on current Woocomerce based Website

I am currently in the process of updating my website. I sell on ebay and have used a 3rd party plugin to import all of my ebay items onto my woocommerce site. Everything works fine except for the "REPORTS' on the dashboard. It currently states 4910 products are LOW IN STOCK and 57 products are OUT OF STOCK. The problem is the majority of the items listed are non existent. If I click on 57 Products LOW IN STOCK, it shows items ([login to view URL]). However, when I click the gear icon, it shows an error ([login to view URL] and says the item is existent. The list shows that SKU's but those sku's do not exist. I need someone to delete only the extra SKU's that are matched with products. I contacted WooThemes and they told me that there may be an ajax error on my dashboard. However, they would not help me further. I need someone who is an EXPERT at wordpress and woocommerce based websites. Because this is a working website with orders coming in, the person needs to backup the entire site first before working on it LOCALLY.
