Design a "Contact Form 7" WordPress Plugin Extension & API

***Please do not bid before reading all of the project details, including the links and uploaded documents/ automated bids will be rejected*** We are looking to create a plugin extension for the "Contact Form 7" WordPress plugin. We already have a contact form API setup which allows for customization of a contact form that allows websites to add the contact form code, receive email notifications when a visitor sends information from a contact form and a direct link to our site to request a professional translation of the content. The plugin extension would need to do the following: 1. 100% compatibility with the "Contact Form 7" plugin 2. Allow users to request a professional translation (from our site - API work) of any string (custom added contact form messages) added to their contact form. 3. Add multiple languages (similar to the LingoTek Polylang plugin) to the contact form string and also have the ability to request professional translations of those strings. 4. Ability to request a professional translation for each section of the contact form (received) messages on our translation platform. 5. Have the same added functionality of our current contact form. If you have not created a WordPress plugin or extension - please do not bid. Preferred experience with the Contact Form 7 and Polylang plugin.
