Hi,
I am looking for a web application which will work more like a project management tool with following features. This is designed for freelancers.
1. Freelancers can register themselves along with skill set and their standard rate.
2. After registration, freelancers will automatically receive skill test.
3. After manual checking of test, admin will approve freelancer application.
4. Projects can be posted through admin panel.
5. The details of the project will be sent to freelancers matching the skill set. (The project details will be sent to only those freelancers who have passed the test).
6. Freelancers can apply for the project if they are interested.
7. The employer will award the project.
8. Freelancers should be able to post 1st and final draft of the project.
9. After completion of project the frelaancer will be rated and funds will be shown in their account.
10. Failing the deadline will automatically result into termination of freelancer from the system.
11. Monthly summary of income should be displayed.
12. The notification should go to freelancers as well as admin email id.
This system works more like Freelancer.com except that there will be no payment gateway (payment will be made separately) and employers can't post the project directly. All the projects will be posted only by admin.
You can choose the technology but the system should be fast.
In your proposal you must mention the cost, deadline and requirement to complete this project.
