Develop the backend of an dynamic ad campaign

The campaign will consist of 4 different dynamic executions that will be assigned to specific outlets. Each execution will take data from one or two feeds, use that to determine which image and text to display, and display the data extracted from the feeds. For example: extract the score for an ongoing game, display the score along with a different image/copy (pre-loaded into a database) depending on who is winning. To build it, the developer(s) will: - Ingest 3-5 data feeds (json or xml), and extract some fields. - Process the extracted information to decide which creative to push (out of a pool of 3 to 6 assets per execution) - Build an interface to upload images and enter free text and assign them to one of the creative executions. - Output a json or xml file that indicates chosen dynamic execution, image, text and the data extracted from the feed. - Build a database to store all images and copy, and log all publishes The work needs to be completed in three weeks, so we need two developers to work together. I would prefer two developers working on-site in NYC to ease the coordination between them, and with the front end developer.
