Menu Drop Down Bar

web site is [login to view URL] I am having issues programming the menu bar on all pages. I want people to be able to Hover over the word on the menu bar and be able to have it drop down with the other pages that belong to that section. I also need to have the contact us form on the Contact US page programed to be able to email that info over to an specific email address. And last I need the font on certain pages adjusted and corrected. All of these corrects are documented below in the Freelancer Doc word page.
