Olark Webhook => OsTicket API

Olark offers the possibility that after a chat the chat transcript is sent to a php file. Documentation: [login to view URL] => Check the sample for offline messages. This PHP File should convert that json ([login to view URL]) and push the data against the OSTicket API. Sample OSTicket PHP [login to view URL] [login to view URL] in the PHP file you see a data array => here we would need the json decode of the data which Olark has sent. Desired result 1.) Sample php file which is able to process the data for olark and pass it to osticket. 2.) in OSticket we would like to have a case filled with the following attributes name email subject message The message should consist of the message itself (olark:items:body) + the data from the olark:visitor - kind, id, city, region, etc) So it would look like Please help me...blablablabla Kind: visitor ID: alsdjflajkdsf phonenumber: 123123 city: Palo Alto ip: .... .....
