Optimize my website for better load times and google insights and fix some bugs

Hi, My maximum budget is $100 for this. Please bid accordingly. I want the website [login to view URL] to load super fast with the given parameters - - 1.5 secs in USA, Europe, Canada - 3 secs in India, Middle East and Australia Should have an excellent google score. Its an e-commerce website powered by woocommerce. There are a few issues that we see in the website currently that we wants fixed also are - 1. Images don't appear in facebook shares of website and website pages 2. On My account page, the buttons dont appear. They appear only on mouseover. They have a css issue. 3. Login via facebook appears twice on the login page and checkout page. It should appear only once. 4. Remove the header image from mobile view of website. 5. In the menus, there is a slight space which causes menus to disappear on mouseover. 6. On desktop page, there is a floating sticky image. But it causes issues issues when choosing items from menu. 7. We are not capturing the fields returned by ccavenue. 8. For ccavenue, when user cancels the transaction or there is some issue in transcation, the user should be redirected to the cart page with message relevant to the error. 9. I am using the Load more products for woocommerce by BeRocket. I have bought it but the plugin does not load images (unless I refresh the page and click on Show More again. After that it starts displaying product images. I guess some issue with cache) 10. On mobile page, we dont see the number of items in the cart icon. 11. The checkout page flickers a lot on the mobile page when filling information. 12. We need to change the order of 'Continue Shopping' and 'Proceed to Checkout' buttons. Continue Shopping button should appear below the 'Proceed to Checkout' button (in both mobile as well as desktop) I want all these points completed urgently in a day or two maximum. I have purchased the WP-Rocket plugin if you would need to use that. TIME IS CRITICAL HERE. Thanks, Prashant
