Product feed xml to mysql Functions

I am looking for somebody to make a php script for me with 3 functions. The functions are as follows A Product feed data to a mysql table called source_table • A.1 Insert function • A.2 Update function B Transfer or Update data from Source table to a list of tables • B.1 Insert (distribute) function A Product feed (XML) to Mysql table. A.1 Insert function 1. The function should collect an xml link from a table called “product_feed” , parse the data to a table called “source_table” and change the value of the field “status” in product feed table from 0 to 1 2. Will provide the source_table & product_feed table . Will provide a list should where to put each of the xml fields in the source_table. A.2 Update function a. Select link_id given smallest “number_of_runs” from table: “product_feed” b. In table “source_table” select all items given “link_id” c. For rows where its “affiliate_link” in “source_table” is not found in product feed change field”update_status” in “source_table” from 0 to 2 d. In the case where there is or are “affiliate_link” in the product feeds but not found in source_table, insert the product feed as a row in the source_tble as indicated in A.1. Value for the update_status in source table should be 1. Instead of the default 0. B Source table to a set of Markt tables B.1 Distribute data from source to list of tables a. Go to “aff_table” Select fields: “aff_id” & “site_list” from row with smallest “Number_of_runs” b. In source_table collect rows given the “aff_id”. The number rows collected should be 3 x number of elements in the “site_list” array c. From the table: “site_table” For each “side_id” in the “site_list” array select the corresponding “db_id”. d. Insert the rows collected in the “source_table” table to the respective tables given the “db_id”. I will provide the tables and will be available answer question as it arise.
