SKU TO DETAILS EXTREMELY SIMPLE PHP SCRIPT

Need to make small script for the entry of the details of the stocks. step 1 add master data (master file to be imported into the system in csv, master file will have the sku and other details.) step-2 (we already have master data in system so) when we enter the sku in add entry option then all other details will be auto filled from database, and it will add today date and time and comment and name of the person who enter this details and submit to database. then we can download from the script using date option that which date entry we wish to download. its more than easy and simple and does not need much expertise. looking for some one who can do this in less time and before award the project we can discuss and clear any doubts. this is just simple replacement for the excel data entry work.
