Scrape information from 23k html files into a spreadsheet

I need somebody to build a PHP based scraper to extract some information from around 23,000 HTML files. Part of the information is contained in the name of the file, the other part needs to be extracted. Files will have names as follows: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] from there you need to extract the date, the type (here city, can be city/landmark/district/region), the country (here tn/tr). Within each files, you need to extract the information contained in a section called "Featured ... in ...", this usually contains a list of around 6 hotels or resorts. For example [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] You need to extract the following pieces: Hotel Name [login to view URL] Hotel URL Address of Hotel Price Pricetype (average / from) Currency Description Stars Rating if available The challenge is that the format of the HTML changes a couple times over the time period from 2008 to 2015. The deliverable is a spreadsheet / csv with the information and the PHP scraper that achieves the task; this would need to be done asap, I dont have the time to do it myself but I assume that it can be done in a couple of hours, so I reckon that GBP 40 should do the job.
