Stripe Connect API Connection and other tasks

Stripe API- We need to integrate Stripe Connect Payments API, this includes swapping out adpative payments.  The funds need to be held until 48 hours after a booking is complete, then they are released.   The admin dashboard needs a pause release of funds button and a refund button.  Stripe payments should pay to the service providers bank account.  The bank account details are already in the profile so we just need to tie it in with Stripe connect API. Admin Pay button - When selecting pay now in the bookings section, it should pay the Tech Provider fee to the provider Conversations - Service Providers and customers need to be able to message each other through the dash board which also sends each other an email when a new message is created. Available now button - Add a available now button in the dashboard of the service provider that when selected it turns the marker a different color on the map so that customers know that they are available immediately.  It should also show on the box and profile. Add tool tips - Add tool tips next to each section in the profile so that there is a question mark with explantions when you hover. Hide bank account details - Once the service provider enters their banking info in the profile section the numbers should be hidden for security Add phone number - I want to add a phone number to the header which links to a page. Make Booking default - When a provider signs up they have to turn booking on. I want this set by default with no options for the SP to change. Set to default and hide.
