intent is to support English / HINDI and few other asian regional languages. like Tamil, Mandarin, Malaysian etc. so we need to find any open source project for regional TTS. Mary TTS is good for International + we need something like Dhvani project are u aware of the technicalities needed for audio streaming back - like google TTS(let me know in the chat) ALSO YOU NEED TO SETUP THE PORTAL Are u awe re of cloud nuances 1. API algortihm research/ development  2. Azure API mgmt setup for each API  3. Create a subcription keys model for API selling  4. Portal for viewing API details and selling  5. Azure VM setup in such a way that we can scale as we move fwd I DO NEED a portal tooper APIwithout a portal based subscription sales, my investment will go in vain are u sure you can handle cloud based secure API provisioning ?...this is key to understand tht wht we do had to go on scale portal will need payment integration and good frontend design stuff - can we keep it simple on Wordpress. or do u propose something else? can u quickly conclude on portal bitswht do u recommend? as a tool for portal? and we intend to use MongoDBfor all APIs. do u need design for portal or you have something to re use? it should look awesome though. pls ask for template if u need it
