ASAP: Install Specific Vbulletin Version and Restore Backed Up SQL DB for that version.

I need to install Vbulletin to a directory on my site and restore the blank database with a backed up database of files I provide you. This may sound simple on the surface but it gave me problems in the past. I have a few different options that we can try, so I will be there to help you work around roadblocks, but you need to be proficient in SQL first and foremost, and installing Vbulletin is straightforward but very important to this process as well. And whichever Vbulletin version I last used (which I'm not sure of) needs to match the exact Database I last backed up. If we run into import file size restrictions, my host has assured me they will import the files for us, so there's a possibility you may not have to do much work. Then again, I am paying you to get this site 100% functional as it was, whatever it takes. If you can rise to this challenge, you are my coder!
