Build a page that import links and parse some fields of the content

Need a webpage with 3 buttons (IMPORT, PARSE, EXPORT), with a table with 13 columns with titles. The page has to import and update the table from excel with a 13 columns with external links of products in one of the columns. Then the webpage with empty cells (status, quantity,price, delivery, TOTAL price + delivery, price + 25%, price +50%, and a field to enter manually the percent) and a column with links of the product that have variations (parameters of the product) separated by commas, do a parsing (in the background) navigating to each link of the product, pick the variations of the product that are already in the imported excel table, and fill the empty cells I wrote before. After that, has to be another button to export the filled table as an excel file. The data has to be saved in mysql for each user that imports an excel to the webpage, and the database has to be updated when the user clicks the export button. The last column where the user can mannually enter the percent (by default 0%), the cells below this one has to be updated automatically when the user enter a value in the field of percent.
