Build Website & App for panel to send codes, files, links to Ebay Customers -- 2

Hello, I need a website similar to [login to view URL] to connect to ebay API. Also an APP as well that will function Functions -Multi Client Platform -Link Multiple Ebay Accounts - Clients Purchase credits (each code is 1 credit) - Import All Auctions listed on Ebay. -Receive email address and contact information from Ebay to send Instant Email with order details. -Send messages to buyers Ebay inbox. (if it's a file, Ebay message will have a link to download file and emails will have as attachment ) -Messages must be fully automated sending of messages, keys, attachments, receipts. - Able to send multiple codes, keys, files in 1 message if needed. -Auto Feedback notifications (Set as an option) - Auto reminder to send to customer to leave Feedback. -Multi Client Platform -Codes, files, etc will be listed in Database section. USER OPTIONS - Whitelist buyers - Blacklist buyers by Ebay username or email - Send new code option. -Resend email to buyers with codes if needed. - Mark Transactions as Refund, cancel, USER END - Having Transaction History (be able to view all transactions as they are received and able to search history by username, email, auction number, code number, date or database) - Pending Transactions (Show what is pending and reason - unpaid, blacklist, out of stock, etc) -Show Task of transaction (time stamp every thing from email sent, Ebay message sent, feedback left etc) -IP LOGS of transaction of files.
