Build a Website, design a logo.

Do not bid out of my price range you will not win the job! I need a website build from the ground up and it needs to run prefect. I need a site that can allows users to login and make there own profiles and set up there own images for there own page to show off there skills. I need the site to be able to upload videos with just a click of a button and be able to go live on there stream. The site needs to have follow buttons and favorite button to check on there favorite streamers. This site is going to be a streaming website I need it to be set up were user can pay for services along with free services I need the site to be able to allow other user to pay other users if they like there content.
