cctv recording software on linux

i have 16 cctv, i want to record them for safety reasons.

I have a vps, ubuntu 18.04, apache, mysql, php, magento, 4 cpu, 8 gb ram.

i know there are plenty of software which can record cctv, but i am not familiar with them, and i also not familiar with linux setting.

I will give you teamviewer password to install the software.

I want a software which is

1)freeware, no need money to buy

2) can record up to at least 16 cctv

3) can record loop, which means the size of the record file is fixed, so that the software will delete the previous video itself, no need me to delete them manually.

4) help me to install and DON'T delete any other software and setting as i have a apache web server install on my vps.

5)someone has told me that zonemider will not work because they just support ubuntu 16, mine is 18.04.
