Changes to php job website

I require a few changes to the following job website. 1) Separate job listings so they are in individual white boxes (at the moment they are just in one large white box) [login to view URL] Also, add the company logo (same logo for each job listing) on the top right of each box. 2) On the menu of the website there are drop downs. Currently the drop downs are in grey with a purple arrow to the left. Please remove the purple arrow on roll over and make the sub categories purple (with with text) on roll over action. Also, when the mouse rolls over the title, sometimes the drop downs do not appear correctly. 3) Make the roll over on the main menu items grey (at the moment they are dark purple when rolled over - roll your muse over the 'home' button for example: [login to view URL]) 4) In the quick search panel on the right, under “locations” make the key area headings searchable ('North West' for example - which would search all sub categories under north west') 5) ‘A’ symbol appearing on salaries next to £ symbol: [login to view URL]
